Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Flow Intelligence processes personal data when you use the website and contact form.
1. Controller

2. Data we process
When you inquire, we process your name, email, company (if supplied), selected service, message and technical data necessary for security and delivery.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to respond, discuss a potential project and protect the website from abuse. Our grounds are steps requested before entering a contract, your consent and our legitimate interest in secure communication.
4. Recipients and transfers
Inquiries are handled through Resend for email and sent through a Telegram bot directly to the managing director for internal notification and response. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their policies and applicable international transfer mechanisms. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, then deleted or anonymised. If a contract is formed, relevant data is retained for the contract term and applicable statutory accounting, tax and limitation periods.
6. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
7. Security and automated decisions
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Contact-form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Material changes will be published on this page and the date above will be updated.
