These Terms govern the use of flowintelligence.eu and the submission of inquiries to Flow Intelligence.

1. Provider and website information

The website is operated by “Flow Intelligence” EOOD, UIC 208820486, registered office and business address: 26 Aida Street, floor 2, Kardzhali, Bulgaria, represented by its managing director Ilian Milev. Contact: info@flowintelligence.eu, +359 896 745 169. The website presents software development, website, AI automation and chatbot services. Its content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Inquiries and contracts

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A project begins under a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, price, timing and responsibilities.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully or submit malicious code, automated spam or content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, logo and code are protected. Copying or commercial use requires prior written permission.

5. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply, and Flow Intelligence does not control their content or availability.

6. Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from website use.
